Kristen Prater

Founder & CEO

As the CEO and backbone of 9 to 5 Office, Kristen brings structure, strategy, and a deep respect for professionals’ time to the often-chaotic world of practice operations. Known for her relentless follow-through, high standards, and color-coded-calendar-level organization, she leads with equal parts efficiency, heart, and Diet Coke.

Kristen believes systems should work for people—not the other way around—and approaches every initiative with optimism, clarity, and a strong bias toward action. (If there’s a better way to do something, she will absolutely find it.)

Kristen and her husband, Joe, are the proud parents of their 10-year-old daughter, Ellie. Her superpower is getting a lot done with purpose and good humor. Think Leslie Knope energy—minus the waffle obsession, plus operational excellence. She’s also quick to credit the exceptional team around her, who occasionally step in to rein her in when the Leslie Knope resemblance gets a little too accurate.

Sabrina Barnes

Chief of Operations & Creative Director

As COO and Creative Director, Sabrina lives at the intersection of organization and imagination. An ENFJ by nature, she thrives in problem-solving environments, bringing structure to complex systems while ensuring everything feels intuitive, thoughtful, and human.

When she’s not streamlining workflows, Sabrina is a wife to her husband, Mikey, and a mom to her son, Luke. Neuropsychology holds a special place in her heart; navigating the diagnostic process for Luke gave her a deeper understanding of how life-changing clarity, the right supports, and thoughtful systems can be. She’s also a hands-on creative who finds joy in painting, woodworking, and building things from scratch—skills that translate seamlessly into her work: practical, creative solutions designed to actually be used.

Erica Harper

Chief Financial Officer

Erica has been the CFO at 9 to 5 Office for nearly six years, bringing a classic ENTJ "Commander" energy to the world of finance. While most people avoid paperwork, Erica thrives on it—specializing in liberating psychologists and neuropsychologists from the administrative chaos of invoice processing. If there is a system to be optimized or a paper trail to be tamed, Erica is on the case.

Outside the office, Erica applies those same observational skills to "backyard psychology." She is firmly convinced that every animal—from the local squirrels to her own Irish Setter (Aspen) and GSP (Jäger)—possesses a distinct personality and a likely-dramatic backstory. Whether she’s wrangling numbers or analyzing bird behavior, Erica is always the one with the plan (and the data to back it up).

Stephanie Hill

Chief Digital Officer

Stephanie serves as the Chief Digital Officer, where she bridges the gap between complex data and seamless customer experiences. A self-described spreadsheet enthusiast, Stephanie specializes in building robust automations that eliminate friction and streamline workflows — which makes sense given that she is an INTJ. Under her leadership, 9 to 5 Office continues to leverage digital transformation to prioritize user-centric solutions. Outside the office, Stephanie is a licensed commercial drone pilot and a lifelong golfer who famously notched her first hole-in-one at the age of 12.

Katelynn King

Admin Team

As part of the admin team at 9 to 5, Katelynn specializes in billing and invoicing support for psychology and forensic psychology providers, with a strong focus on collecting aging claims and keeping accounts on track. She also identifies providers who may benefit from our services and connect them with the right support. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling — especially exploring national parks — and spending time with her dog, Willow, and her cats, Cleo and Indy. In typical ISFJ fashion, she is meticulous, detail-oriented, persistent, and genuinely enjoys the behind-the-scenes work that keeps practices running smoothly. 

Katelynn is known as being highly dependable and dedicated to assisting others.

Caley Gilliland

Admin Team

Caley is based in Columbus, Ohio, where she brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to her work. She is married and shares her home with two poodles. She's an INTJ, reflecting her analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and preference for thoughtful problem-solving.

Outside of work, Caley enjoys playing guitar, traveling to national parks, writing, reading, and baking sourdough. She’s also an avid foodie and gamer, always happy to explore new flavors or unwind with a good video game. She values creativity, curiosity, and balance, and enjoys bringing those qualities into both her professional and personal life.

Anjelica Purcell

Scheduling Coordinator

Anjelica is a dedicated Scheduling Coordinator at 9 to 5, where she is the linchpin for keeping projects running smoothly. She expertly manages scheduling and tasking, ensuring every detail is on track. Her inherent ENFJ personality shines through as she thrives on collaboration, organization, and passionately supporting her colleagues. Outside of work, Anjelica is an avid painter, enjoying the process of expressing her creativity and perspective through art. This same dedication to detail and ability to see the bigger picture makes her an invaluable member of the 9 to 5 team.

Emily Kettenacker

Admin Team

Emily is from Johnson City, Tennessee, and originally from South Florida. As the youngest of four sisters, she learned early the value of teamwork, adaptability, and strong communication.
She has spent many years in various medical fields, with experience spanning many settings. Emily is highly organized, detail-oriented, and takes pride in seeing tasks through to completion. She performs exceptionally well in high-stress situations and enjoys tackling complex projects that require focus and precision. As an ISTJ, she thrives on order and organizational systems. 
Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing board and card games, hiking, and reading. Her favorite pastime is traveling and exploring new and exciting places whenever possible.
