  • "Thank you for calling Encore Psychology, this is . . . how can I help you today?"

  • Basic questions - click the option under "Select One" on the Encore Contact Form (answers will show below)

  • If it's not a basic question - ask the AI agent below any questions they have, and tell the client the answer

  • If they are ready to book, "Let me transfer you to our intake coordinator,  who can look at the schedule with you. (Send message in 9 to 5 chat and ask who is available to schedule appointment for Encore)

  • If they want to use insurance, or have other questions that you can't answer, "I am going to take down your contact information and pass this on to our intake coordinator. They will be in touch shortly to assist you further." (Fill out "Encore Contact Form" and submit)
