Work "on" your business, not "in" your business.
Why did you open your business? Passion project? Necessity? At age 14, I knew I had found my niche as an office assistant at a pediatrician's office. From there, I worked for several companies in various markets. The one constant was the job I did. I worked to make those businesses more efficient and profitable.
It wasn't until recently that I realized this is a valuable commodity. Strangely enough, not everyone loves administrative monotony like me. Bottom line, get back to your passion and let us handle the rest.
